Political historian, academic and analyst Michael L. Roberts has enjoyed regular appearances on radio and television for the BBC, SkyArts and more. An experienced public speaker, media personality and educator, Michael holds an M.A. in International Relations from Richmond, The American University in London, and has worked as an editor, interviewer and researcher for production companies across the capital. Michael’s wide-ranging research has included studies of the First Gulf War, the ‘Autodefensas’ movement in Guerrero, Mexico, National Identity and Devolution in Wales, and the theoretical development of ‘Neo-Optimism’ in Global Political Economy. Michael is producer and host of political podcast series: ‘Standpoint Wales’, as well as two new cultural and discourse-analysis-based series for Twelfth Peer Productions: Hot Contents! and Arguendo. Jordan is 20 years old and originally from Swindon but is currently living in Bow, London whilst studying for a BA International Relations at Queen Mary, University of London.In the summer of 2014, he was a Volunteer Peer Educator for Restless Development South Africa (in partnership with Department for International Development) where he worked in schools and health clinics in the rural Eastern Cape to raise awareness of Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights.Jordan is the founder and former leader of Swindon Young Greens which was established in 2015 and aims to promote ‘Green’ policies and social justice and to encourage more young people to get involved with politics. Since joining Queen Mary, he has also been elected as the Vice President and Treasurer for Queen Mary Young Greens.During the local elections of May 2016, he campaigned alongside the Green Party and their mayoral candidate and in the run up to the referendum on Britain’s membership of the European Union Jordan worked as a field officer for Britain Stronger in Europe.His main interests include travelling and exploring new places, American Horror Story and cycling and kayaking.PROFILE
Joe was born and raised in Vienna, Austria. He currently serves as one of the two Editors in Chief at PMP. At the moment he is studying for a BA in International Relations at Queen Mary University of London. His interests in the field of Politics and IR lie in globalisation, migration and security issues. Besides writing, editing and reading various newspapers, Joe loves playing the guitar.PROFILE
Matt is the founder and director at PMP. He's currently taking a backseat and managing mostly the partnership, administrative and growth aspects of PMP.He does write things every now and again, when he can get a break from his studies towards an MPhil in Development Studies at the University of Cambridge.Interests include: Technology and human rights, refugee rights (resettlement and integration), philosophy and theories of justice.PROFILE
