    Matt is the founder and director at PMP. He's currently taking a backseat and managing mostly the partnership, administrative and growth aspects of PMP.He does write things every now and again, when he can get a break from his studies towards an MPhil in Development Studies at the University of Cambridge.Interests include: Technology and human rights, refugee rights (resettlement and integration), philosophy and theories of justice.
